Business Loans Available

• Start-up/established/expanding.
• Loans of $2,000 up to $50,000.
• $100,000 if qualified, for expansion.

Use of Funds

Equipment Acquisition.
Inventory - Goods needed to increase sales.
Working Capital - Funds for operations.
Cash Flow Restructuring - Restructure business debt to increase cash flow.
Franchises - Purchase franchise, if approved by franchiser.
Real estate - Acquisition of commercial real estate for business.


Loan Process

• Initial contact is made, customer receives loan application and list of requirements.
• Once all documents are gathered, the customer makes an appointment.
• At appointment, documents are reviewed & business plan is discussed.

• Loan package is prepared, presented to Loan Credit Committee to recommend approval, rejection, or reconsideration.
• Final approval from Board of Directors.
• Loan closed & funds disbursed.
